We use a variety of techniques that are often interpreted as a ‘blended’ approach. This means that we use both traditional and 'state of the art' methods. We take an approach that uses both people and technology to provide the best experience for our learners. At ABEL, while we don’t believe that change is easy, we do believe that we have the tools and experience to help make effective change happen. Organisation cultures can be changed but often this requires effective leadership, a well managed process and perseverance.
